Radian Anchor+ Magwell System
The Radian Anchor+ Magwell represents a thoughtful engineering solution to a real problem: magazines that bind during reloads, particularly under stress or with higher-capacity magazines.
How It Works
This system employs three distinct locking mechanisms working in concert:
- PLANAR-LOK Technology: A tapered screw pushes outward, engaging barbed teeth that bite into the interior frame walls. This prevents inward flex of the frame—a common cause of magazine binding.
- MAGWELL Integration: The magwell dovetails into the anchor at the rear, with a tooth engaging the front of the frame for additional security.
- ANGLE-LOK Detent: Pushes the magwell backward into final position, completing the three-way lock.

Frame flex during rapid reloads can cause magazines to bind, creating malfunctions when you need reliability most. The Anchor+ system eliminates this problem through mechanical design rather than brute force.
