Construction & Materials

Bolt Carrier: Machined from 8620 steel billet stock with case hardening for superior durability and wear resistance.

Bolt: Manufactured from 9130 steel with shot peening for impact resistance. CNC ground after heat treatment to ensure mil-spec dimensions and consistency. MPI/HPT tested for reliability.

Firing Pin: Precision machined from 17-4 H-900 stainless steel and center-less ground for smooth, reliable function.

Gas Key: Forged from 4140 steel and properly staked with Grade 8 screws—a critical detail that separates quality components from budget alternatives.

Cam Pin: Hardened 4140 steel for long service life.

Extractor: Billet 4140 steel with manganese phosphate finish for positive grip and corrosion resistance.

Finish & Performance
