The 16-inch HBAR contour barrel is forged from 4140 chrome-moly vanadium steel with Melonite finish for durability and corrosion resistance. A 1:8 twist rate stabilizes a wide range of .300 Blackout projectiles, from subsonic to supersonic loads. The pistol-length gas system with low-profile gas block keeps the rifle balanced and controllable. Standard 5/8x24 threading accepts common muzzle devices; an A2 flash hider comes installed.

Handguard and Ergonomics

The 15-inch RPR free-float M-LOK rail system keeps the barrel isolated from the handguard, supporting inherent accuracy.
