Firefield FF39016 .223/5.56 In-Chamber Red Laser Boresight

Firefield In-Chamber Red Laser Boresight for .223 Remington/5.56 NATO

The Firefield FF39016 represents a practical solution for shooters who want to establish accurate sight alignment before committing to live fire. This in-chamber boresight uses a red laser (632-650 nanometer wavelength) to project a dot that corresponds exactly to your barrel's point of aim.

How It Works

Simply insert the boresight into your rifle's chamber as you would a round of ammunition. The laser projects a red dot on your target at the precise location where your barrel is pointed. Adjust your sights—whether iron sights, optics, or both—to center on that dot. This eliminates the guesswork of initial zeroing and conserves ammunition for actual shooting.

Construction and Durability

The boresight is machined from polished brass, which mimics the appearance and feel of real ammunition for proper chambering. This construction also protects internal laser components from damage during handling and storage.

Specifications

Practical Application

Whether you're preparing for hunting season or fine-tuning a competition rifle, this boresight accelerates the zeroing process. After establishing sight alignment with the laser, live fire is used only to compensate for bullet drop and wind drift—saving both time and ammunition.
