Samson True Back Up Sights Front & Rear Set

Samson True Back Up Sights: Reliable Secondary Aiming System

These backup sights from Samson represent a thoughtful approach to secondary aiming systems. Rather than attempting to replicate primary sight functionality, they're purpose-built for their role as dependable fallback optics.

Design Philosophy

The single .160 aperture strikes an important balance. It's small enough to support precise shot placement, yet large enough to remain functional in low-light conditions where you need it most. This aperture size reflects real-world shooting requirements, not theoretical specifications.

Key Features

• Picatinny Rail Compatible: Mounts securely to standard Picatinny rails
• Durable Construction: 6061-T6 aluminum with anodized black finish resists corrosion and wear
• Positive Locking: Both front and rear sights lock firmly in folded and deployed positions
• MIL-SPEC Compatible: Accepts all aftermarket front sight posts with standard military specifications
• Zero Retention: Solid mounting system maintains point-of-aim through regular use

Practical Application

These sights excel as backup systems on rifles equipped with primary optics. They deploy quickly when needed and fold away cleanly when not in use. The robust construction ensures they'll function reliably when called upon, whether as emergency backup or training tool.
