Retay Gamekeeper 20 Gauge 22" Pistol Grip Shotgun

Retay Gamekeeper 20 Gauge Semi-Automatic Shotgun

The Retay Gamekeeper represents a practical approach to 20-gauge shotgun design, offering shooters a reliable semi-automatic platform suitable for hunting, sport shooting, and home defense applications.

Key Features

• Gauge & Barrel: 20-gauge with 22-inch barrel for improved maneuverability
• Action Type: Gas-operated semi-automatic for reliable cycling and reduced recoil
• Stock Configuration: Pistol grip design for enhanced control and tactical versatility
• Practical Design: Compact profile ideal for brush hunting and confined spaces

Performance Characteristics

The gas-operated system cycles reliably across a range of 20-gauge ammunition loads, from light target rounds to full-power hunting loads. The 22-inch barrel provides a good balance between velocity and handling, while the pistol grip stock allows for positive control during shooting.

Ideal For

Hunters pursuing upland game, waterfowl, and small game will appreciate the 20-gauge's lighter recoil and reduced ammunition costs compared to 12-gauge alternatives. Sport shooters and those new to shotgun shooting benefit from the manageable recoil impulse and straightforward operation.

Practical Considerations

The semi-automatic action reduces shooter fatigue during extended shooting sessions. The compact 22-inch barrel makes this shotgun well-suited for hunting in dense cover or navigating through brush and timber.
