Performance Features

Long Beard Technology employs a specialized shot design that maintains pattern integrity at extended ranges. The #9 pellets deliver sufficient energy for clean, ethical turkey harvests while producing denser patterns than conventional turkey loads.

Reduced Recoil makes the 28-gauge an excellent choice for younger hunters, smaller-framed shooters, or those sensitive to recoil. You get genuine turkey-hunting capability without punishing your shoulder.

Pattern Density is the hallmark of this load. The combination of shot size, charge weight, and Winchester's proven wad system creates patterns that remain effective beyond typical 28-gauge ranges.

Best Uses

This ammunition excels in spring and fall turkey hunting where shot placement and pattern consistency matter most. It's particularly suited to hunters who prefer the handling characteristics of a 28-gauge over larger gauges.
