Design Philosophy
The locked leather approach balances traditional holster craftsmanship with the demands of modern defensive carry. The leather is worked to provide positive retention without requiring active manipulation, allowing you to draw with a smooth, practiced motion. This holster acknowledges that today's 1911 carriers often run modern optics, and the design accommodates that reality without compromise.
Whether you're a 1911 traditionalist who's embraced red dot technology or a shooter building a modern compact carry gun, this holster delivers the security and concealability that define responsible carry.
