Ruger 10/22 Carbine .22 LR Stainless BX Trigger

The Ruger 10/22 Carbine: America's Favorite .22 Rifle

The Ruger 10/22 Carbine stands as one of the most versatile and reliable .22 rifles ever produced. This particular configuration combines proven Ruger engineering with modern ergonomics and performance upgrades.

Barrel and Action

The cold hammer-forged stainless steel barrel delivers consistent accuracy while resisting corrosion. A unique two-screw V-block system locks the barrel securely into the receiver, ensuring reliability across thousands of rounds. The barrel features a 1/2"-28 thread pattern, opening possibilities for suppressors and muzzle devices. The legendary Ruger action—refined through decades of production—provides the dependable performance shooters have trusted for generations.

Trigger and Controls

The BX-Trigger represents a significant upgrade, offering a crisp 2.5 to 3-pound pull with minimal overtravel and positive reset. This makes the 10/22 genuinely pleasant to shoot, whether you're plinking or practicing precision marksmanship. A positive push-button cross-bolt safety and easy-to-use magazine release round out the control layout.

Stock and Ergonomics

The Magpul MOE X-22 stock is lightweight and features M-LOK slots at the 6 o'clock position for mounting accessories. Integral sling swivel mounts are built in, making it easy to carry your rifle afield. The 13.5-inch length of pull accommodates most shooters comfortably.

Magazine and Feeding

The detachable 10-round rotary magazine uses a unique rotor system to separate cartridges and ensure reliable feeding. The flush-mounted design keeps your profile trim, and the magazine release makes swaps quick and intuitive.

Sights and Mounting

Adjustable rear and gold bead front sights come standard. A combination scope base adapter accommodates both Weaver-style and .22 tip-off mounts, giving you flexibility in how you set up your rifle.
