Retay Gordion 12-Gauge Semi-Auto Shotgun 28" Walnut/GreyCon

Retay Gordion Semi-Automatic Shotgun

The Gordion represents Retay's commitment to building a lightweight, reliable semi-automatic shotgun for the working hunter and clay target enthusiast. This 12 gauge delivers the essentials without unnecessary complexity.

Action and Reliability

The Gordion employs Retay's proven Straight Line Inertia Transfer Action paired with the Inertia Plus rotating bolt and Rollover Torsion Spring. This design minimizes felt recoil and cycles reliably across a wide range of ammunition loads, from light 2¾" shells to full 3" magnum rounds.

Build Quality

Receiver: Single-piece aluminum construction with gray Cerakote finish resists corrosion and reduces weight. The milled aluminum trigger housing and single-pin removable design simplify field maintenance.

Barrel: 28" Bohler steel with chrome lining and optimized lengthened forcing cone. The deep bore ensures consistent patterns and shot placement. An 8mm flat hunting-style rib aids target acquisition.

Ergonomics and Comfort

The Grade 2 oiled walnut stock features an adjustable shim system, allowing you to fine-tune drop at comb and heel for your shooting style. The sculpted Microcell polyurethane recoil pad absorbs punishment. Length of pull measures 14.37" with adjustable options via the shim kit.
