CVA Cascade .350 Legend Bolt-Action Rifle 22" FDE

CVA Cascade: A New Standard in Affordable Centerfire Rifles

The Cascade represents CVA's entry into the bolt-action centerfire rifle market, and it arrives fully formed. This is not a compromise rifle—it's a purpose-built hunting platform that delivers genuine quality at a price that respects your budget.

Barrel and Action

The heart of the Cascade is its 4140 carbon steel barrel, finished in Flat Dark Earth Cerakote and crowned with a threaded muzzle. This threading opens immediate options: add a muzzle brake for reduced recoil, or suppress it for hearing protection and reduced report. The bolt incorporates a 70-degree throw, which means fast, smooth cycling without sacrificing the mechanical advantage of a longer throw. Scope clearance is generous—you won't fight your optics.

Safety and Handling

The two-position safety sits naturally under your thumb, offering instantaneous operation when you need it. The detachable magazine holds four rounds and sits flush with the stock, keeping the rifle trim and balanced. Loading and unloading is straightforward—no fussing required.

Stock and Ergonomics

CVA's fiberglass-reinforced synthetic stock features a SoftTouch finish that grips securely even in wet conditions. The Veil Wideland camo pattern blends effectively in diverse terrain. Most importantly, the buttstock includes an adjustable length of pull via removable spacers. This makes the Cascade genuinely adaptable: it fits growing youth, smaller-framed shooters, and full-sized hunters who need to shorten the stock for heavy winter clothing.

Dual front swivel studs allow you to mount both a sling and bipod simultaneously—a practical feature for hunters who want flexibility in the field.

Optics Mounting

The Cascade accepts two-piece scope mounts designed for Savage 110 AccuTrigger models, which are widely available and reasonably priced.

The Bottom Line

The Cascade is a straightforward, well-engineered rifle that handles the .350 Legend cartridge with authority. It's built for hunters who value reliability, accuracy, and honest value.
