Remington Model 500 Mini-Dehumidifier
Keep your firearms and valuables protected from the silent enemy of gun ownership: moisture. The Remington Model 500 Mini-Dehumidifier is a compact, practical solution for maintaining dry conditions in enclosed spaces where your most valued possessions live.
How It Works
This unit employs water crystal technology—colorless, odorless, and non-toxic—to continuously absorb moisture from the air. The crystals attract and hold water vapor, preventing the rust, corrosion, and mildew that can damage firearms, ammunition, and other valuables over time.
Coverage and Performance
- Coverage area: Up to 500 cubic feet—ideal for gun safes, cabinets, and storage lockers
- Operating life: 60+ days per charge under typical conditions
- Total lifespan: Approximately 10 years of reliable service
Easy Maintenance
The integrated indicator window tells you when recharging is needed—it turns pink when saturated. Simply plug the unit into any standard electrical outlet for 10-12 hours, and the indicator returns to blue when ready to protect again. No batteries, no cords to manage during operation.
Safe for Everyone
The non-toxic formula makes this dehumidifier safe around children and pets. It's also environmentally responsible, with no harmful chemicals or refrigerants.
For the serious gun owner, the Remington Model 500 is an affordable insurance policy against moisture damage.
