Why This Knife Works
The Ka-Bar Short fills the middle ground between a large fighting knife and a small utility blade. The clip point blade excels at detail work while maintaining enough belly for slicing and general camp tasks. The Kraton G handle won't slip when your hands are wet or cold, and the carbon steel blade rewards proper maintenance with excellent edge retention.
This is a knife built for function, not fashion. It's the kind of tool that disappears into your pack and proves its worth when you need it.
