The Dividend represents a thoughtful approach to everyday carry design. Kershaw's proprietary Composite Blade Technology merges two distinct steel types into a single blade, each selected for specific performance characteristics.
Blade Design
The cutting edge features CPM D2 steel, chosen for its exceptional wear resistance, toughness, and edge retention. The blade upper employs Bohler N690 steel, valued for its corrosion resistance and hardness. These steels are permanently joined in a distinctive toothlike pattern that provides both functional performance and striking visual appeal.
Handle and Carry
The handle is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished in olive anodized coating. A 4-position deep-carry pocketclip allows you to carry the knife tip-up or tip-down, on either side of your pocket. The assisted SpeedSafe opening mechanism deploys the blade quickly and reliably with a simple flipper activation.
