RS Regulate 1913 Mini Picatinny Rail Modular Upper

RS Regulate AK-300 Modular Upper System

RS Regulate's AK-300 Modular Side Mount System represents a thoughtful engineering solution to the challenge of mounting modern optics on AK-pattern rifles. This mini Picatinny rail upper is one component of a comprehensive modular platform designed for shooters who demand flexibility and reliability.

System Overview

The AK-300 system offers genuine modularity—not marketing speak, but functional interchangeability. The platform includes:

Six fully modular upper receivers that accept various optic mounting solutions, including this mini Picatinny variant for compact sight systems.

Nine different lower receivers engineered for specific rifle platforms:

• Front-biased, rear-biased, and full-length options for most Eastern European AK side rails
• Dedicated lowers for Yugo and Serbian rifles
• Specialized mounts for PSL rifles and Romanian M10/RH10 variants
• A lower designed for Century Arms proprietary side rails
• A rear-biased option for Czech vz. 58 rifles

Design Philosophy

This modular approach means you're not locked into a single rifle platform. As your collection grows or your needs change, the system adapts with you. The mini Picatinny mount accepts a wide range of compact optics, from red dots to low-power variables.

Finish and Build Quality

Matte black finish resists glare and provides a professional appearance. The construction reflects RS Regulate's reputation for precision manufacturing and attention to detail.

Whether you're building a precision rifle or upgrading an existing platform, this modular upper gives you the foundation for a modern, capable AK-pattern rifle.
