Arisaka Defense Indexer finger stop for Geissele SMR 416 handguards. Anodized black finish. Improves control and prevents hand slippage during shooting.
The Arisaka Indexer is a purpose-built finger stop designed to enhance rifle control and shooting consistency. This accessory mounts to your Geissele SMR 416 handguard and serves multiple functions that benefit shooters of all skill levels.
Finger Positioning and Control The Indexer is designed to be gripped between your index and middle fingers, positioning your support hand further forward on the handguard. This forward placement makes it significantly easier to drive the rifle into your shoulder and maintain positive control throughout the firing sequence.
Shooting Position Versatility Unlike traditional handguard grips, the Indexer's forward position doesn't interfere with natural hand movement when transitioning to kneeling or prone positions. Most shooters naturally move their support hand rearward in these positions, and the Indexer accommodates this movement without obstruction.
Hand Protection and Barricade Use The wider, flatter profile functions effectively as a hand stop, preventing your fingers from slipping forward onto a hot barrel or suppressor. It also works well as a barricade stop when shooting from improvised cover.
Manufactured by Arisaka Defense with a durable anodized black finish, this accessory is built to withstand the demands of serious rifle use while maintaining a low-profile design that doesn't add unnecessary bulk to your handguard.
