• Front cover: Opens to serve as a sun shield and folds back if you encounter heavy brush, preventing damage to the cover itself
• Rear cover: Lays across the top of the sight, positioned to avoid interfering with your field of view

Practical Protection

While the contours of the EOTech housing mean these covers aren't 100% waterproof, they effectively prevent most dust, debris, rain, and snow from accumulating on your lenses. A simple press releases the spring mechanism, snapping the covers open when you need them out of the way.
