Why It Matters

The standard castle nut and end plate combination often creates an uncomfortable sling attachment point. When a sling is attached to a flat Quick Detach end plate, the mount sits directly in the path of your firing hand, creating a pinch point during tactical movement or stress situations.

Strike Industries solved this by extending both the castle nut and end plate. The Quick Detach mount is pushed back, away from where your hand naturally grips the rifle. This simple repositioning eliminates hand pinching while maintaining full functionality.
