The Authority Elite represents a thoughtful approach to AR-15 upper receiver design, combining precision manufacturing with practical features that serve both the experienced shooter and those new to the platform.

Construction and Materials

The foundation is a billet upper receiver machined from 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum. This material choice reflects the manufacturer's commitment to durability without unnecessary weight. The receiver features integral ambidextrous controls—a practical consideration for left-handed shooters and those who value operational flexibility.

Barrel and Bolt Group

The 16-inch barrel is constructed from 4150 chrome-moly steel with black nitride finish, a proven combination for both accuracy and corrosion resistance. Each barrel is individually head-spaced and paired with a matching 9310 steel bolt and 8620 black nitride carrier. This attention to matching components contributes to reliable function and simplified maintenance.

Handguard and Accessory Rail

The free-float rail handguard eliminates contact with the barrel, a design that supports consistent accuracy. M-Lok attachment points are positioned at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock, providing flexible mounting options for lights, grips, and other accessories. A full-length Picatinny rail runs along the 12 o'clock position for optic mounting and additional accessories.
