Configuration Options

Ambidextrous or Single-Sided: The kit includes components for either setup. Run it ambidextrous for maximum control, or configure it single-sided for a cleaner profile.

Lever Length: Long strong-side lever and short weak-side lever give you ergonomic choices based on your grip and hand position.

Throw Angle: Select between 60-degree and 90-degree throw to match your manual of arms and muscle memory.

Build Quality

Badger Ordnance manufactures the C1 from 4140 steel, case-hardened and finished with Manganese Phosphate coating. This proven combination delivers durability that will outlast the rifle itself. The safety detent is hardened to 60 Rockwell, ensuring positive engagement and reliable operation across thousands of cycles.

Visual Feedback

Tan-colored levers with black enamel indicators provide clear visual confirmation of safety status—important when speed and certainty matter.

Installation

The C1 drops into any M16, AR-15, AR-10, or SR-25 pattern rifle. Installation is straightforward with included roll pins and detent components. No gunsmithing required.
