HUXWRX Flash Hider QD 5.56 NATO
The Flash Hider-QD is engineered to minimize muzzle flash signature when firing without a suppressor attached. This is particularly valuable for shooters who want to maintain situational awareness and reduce the visual signature of their rifle during unsuppressed shooting.
Key Features
- Quick-Detach Design: Seamlessly integrates with HUXWRX QD Series and FLOW Series suppressors for rapid attachment and removal
- 5.56 NATO Optimized: Specifically tuned for 5.56 NATO/.223 Remington cartridges
- 5/8x24 Threading: Standard thread pitch for modern tactical rifles
- Durable Black Finish: Professional appearance and corrosion resistance
Compatibility Notes
This is a smaller-caliber mount designed for 5.56 NATO. Remember: smaller-caliber mounts are compatible with larger-caliber suppressors, but larger-caliber mounts are not compatible with smaller-caliber suppressors. This gives you flexibility if you upgrade to a larger-caliber suppressor in the future.
Why Flash Reduction Matters
Muzzle flash can compromise your night vision, reveal your position, and distract from target engagement. The Flash Hider-QD provides meaningful flash reduction while maintaining the quick-change capability you expect from modern suppressor systems.
Features
- does not work with 1/2x28 barrels
- adds 1.7 to barrel length"
- compatible with hx-qd and flow series.
