Lyman Orange Magic Premium Bullet Lube 1.25 oz Stick
Hard-formula bullet lubricant designed for cast pistol and rifle bullets. Resists melting at high temperatures, reduces leading and smoke, and fits standard sizer/lubricator tools.
Premium Cast Bullet Lubrication
Lyman Orange Magic Premium Bullet Lube is a purpose-built lubricant formulated specifically for cast bullet shooters who demand accuracy and reliability. Whether you're loading for rapid-fire handgun competition or precision rifle work, this premium lubricant delivers consistent performance.
Key Features
- High-Temperature Stability: With a melting point of 150°F, this lubricant won't migrate or melt out of loaded ammunition, even during sustained shooting sessions
- Reduced Leading: The advanced formula minimizes barrel leading and fouling, keeping your bore cleaner and extending barrel life
- Low Smoke Output: Burns cleanly during firing, reducing smoke and improving visibility on the range
- Universal Compatibility: The hollow stick design fits Lyman 4500 Sizer/Lubricators and similar sizing tools from RCBS and other manufacturers
- Optimized for Cast Bullets: Engineered specifically for cast lead and lead-alloy projectiles
Recommended Use
For best results, use with a Lyman Lube Heater (1x4-inch) on a bench-mounted sizer/lubricator. The controlled heating ensures consistent application and optimal bullet coating. This lubricant is ideal for high-volume handgun reloaders and precision rifle shooters who cast their own bullets.
Performance
The unique blend of lubricating compounds provides superior film strength while maintaining low volatility. You'll notice improved accuracy, reduced fouling, and cleaner shooting sessions compared to inferior lubricants.
