Construction and Design
The mold features precision-engineered aluminum blocks that resist rust while heating quickly and uniformly—essential characteristics for consistent bullet production. Each cavity is CNC-machined to exacting tolerances, ensuring that every bullet cast meets the same exacting standards.
The hard anodized sprue plate operates via cam mechanism for smooth, reliable operation. Tempered steel spring washers at both ends hold the plate firmly in place, preventing any unwanted movement during the casting process.
