Armaspec ST45 Ambidextrous Safety Selector
The Armaspec ST45 is a purpose-built safety selector designed for shooters who demand faster transitions and ergonomic control. This ambidextrous design ensures both left- and right-handed shooters can operate the safety without repositioning their grip.
Key Features
- 45-degree throw reduces the distance your thumb must travel to switch between fire and safe positions
- Ambidextrous design provides controls on both sides of the receiver
- Olive Drab Green finish offers durability and a professional appearance
- AR-platform compatible drops into standard AR-15 and AR-10 lower receivers
- Positive detents ensure the selector stays in your chosen position
Why It Matters
In dynamic shooting situations, every millisecond counts. The shorter throw angle of the ST45 means less hand movement and faster mode transitions compared to standard 90-degree selectors. This is particularly valuable for competitive shooters, defensive training, and anyone who values efficiency in their rifle controls.
The ambidextrous configuration eliminates the need to reach across the receiver, making it ideal for both conventional and unconventional shooting positions.
Installation
Installs into any standard AR-platform lower receiver. No gunsmithing required.
