Streamlight Wedge XT 500 Lumen EDC Flashlight, Blue
Ultra-compact 500-lumen everyday carry light with USB-C rechargeable battery, two brightness modes, and pocket clip. IPX7 waterproof aluminum construction with programmable switch modes.
Streamlight Wedge XT: Compact Power for Everyday Carry
The Wedge XT represents a thoughtful approach to everyday carry lighting. This is a light designed by people who understand that pocket real estate matters, and that your EDC flashlight needs to earn its place in your kit.
Performance and Output
Two distinct lighting modes give you flexibility:
- High Mode: 500 lumens with 1,900 candela and an 87-meter beam distance. Runs for 2 hours on a single charge.
- Low Mode: 50 lumens with 200 candela and a 28-meter beam distance. Extends runtime to 11 hours.
This dual-mode approach means you're not burning battery on maximum output when you don't need it, yet you have serious illumination when the situation demands it.
Design and Ergonomics
At 4.25 inches long and weighing just 2.62 ounces, the Wedge XT disappears in a pocket. The thin, ergonomic design fits naturally in your hand without the bulk associated with many compact lights. The included pocket clip secures the light reliably, and the lanyard attachment gives you options for carry methods.
Battery and Charging
The integrated USB-C rechargeable lithium polymer battery charges fully in 6 hours without requiring you to remove it from the light. Status indicator LEDs above the charge port show red while charging and green when fully charged—no guesswork required.
Reliability and Protection
Durable anodized aluminum construction with a polycarbonate lens withstands the demands of daily carry. The light is rated IPX7 waterproof to 1 meter and has passed 1-meter impact resistance testing. This is a light built to last.
Switch Programming
The five-tap lockout prevents accidental activation in your pocket or bag. The ten-tap programmable function allows you to select between two operating modes: High/Low (factory default) or Low/High, depending on your preference.
What's Included
Each Wedge XT comes with a pocket lanyard and USB-C charging cord. Streamlight backs the light with a limited lifetime warranty.
The Wedge XT is straightforward, capable, and built for the shooter or outdoor enthusiast who values reliability in a compact package.
