The Mossberg Patriot delivers modern accuracy with classic styling. This 300 Win. Mag. rifle features a free-floated fluted barrel, ergonomic bolt, and walnut furniture—built for precision and field performance.
The Mossberg Patriot: Tradition Meets Modern Rifle Engineering
The Patriot represents Mossberg's commitment to delivering genuine rifle performance at a fair price. This is a rifle built for hunters and shooters who understand that value doesn't mean compromise.
Accuracy and Barrel Design
The heart of the Patriot is its button-rifled, free-floated barrel with a recessed crown. This design minimizes vibration and maximizes accuracy—the fundamentals that separate good rifles from great ones. The 24-inch barrel strikes the right balance: long enough to extract full velocity from the potent 300 Win. Mag. cartridge, yet short enough for quick handling in thick cover.
Ergonomic Bolt and Controls
The spiral-fluted bolt features an ergonomic 60-degree lift angle and a knurled handle that provides positive grip for rapid cycling. This isn't just about speed—it's about control and shooter confidence during critical moments in the field.
