Leupold VX-1 Rifle Scope: Proven Performance for Hunters and Marksmen

The Leupold VX-1 represents a straightforward approach to rifle optics—reliable magnification and clear glass at a practical price point. This 4-12x40mm scope delivers the versatility serious shooters demand without unnecessary complexity.

Optical Performance

Multicoat 4 Lens Coatings maximize light transmission, ensuring a bright, clear image across the entire magnification range. The proprietary coating system minimizes reflections and preserves image quality in challenging lighting conditions.

3:1 Zoom Ratio provides flexibility from 4x power for close-range work to 12x magnification for extended-distance shooting. The 40mm objective balances light gathering capability with manageable scope weight and profile.

Mechanical Reliability

• ¼-MOA Click Adjustments for windage and elevation offer absolute repeatability—critical for consistent shot placement
• LR Duplex Reticle provides a clean, intuitive aiming point suitable for hunting and target work
• One-inch Maintube constructed from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum ensures durability and strength
• Waterproof and Fogproof design with proprietary nitrogen fill protects internal optics from environmental extremes

User-Friendly Features

The fast-focus eyepiece with low-profile lock ring makes reticle adjustment quick and reliable. A generous eyebox accommodates various shooting positions and head placements. The included bikini-style lens cover protects glass surfaces during storage and field use.
