Hornady PTX Universal Powder Drop Expander
Universal powder drop expander for Hornady reloading equipment. Multiple diameters (.355–.500 inch) eliminate need for separate case expansion step.
Streamlined Reloading with Hornady PTX Universal Powder Drop Expander
The Hornady PTX Universal Powder Drop Expander simplifies your reloading workflow by combining two operations into one efficient step. This innovative tool works seamlessly with Hornady's Quick Change Powder Die and case-activated powder drop systems.
How It Works
Traditionally, reloaders had to perform case mouth expansion as a separate operation using a dedicated expander die. The PTX Universal Powder Drop Expander eliminates this extra step. Simply insert the expander into your powder die, position your powder measure on top, and you're ready to expand case mouths to your desired diameter in a single, integrated motion.
