Savage Axis XP Left-Hand Rifle
The Savage Axis XP represents a straightforward approach to modern rifle design—built for shooters who value reliability and accuracy without unnecessary complexity.
Key Features
- Left-Hand Configuration: Purpose-built for left-handed shooters with proper ejection and safety placement
- Caliber: 5.56 NATO, the standard intermediate cartridge for modern sporting rifles
- Barrel Length: 20 inches, balancing velocity with maneuverability
- AccuTrigger: Savage's user-adjustable trigger system for crisp, clean breaks
- Detachable Box Magazine: Standard AR-pattern magazines for convenient reloading
- Scope-Ready Receiver: Pre-drilled and tapped for immediate optic installation
Design Philosophy
The Axis XP delivers the essentials: a solid action, reliable feeding, and a platform ready for customization. This is a rifle that works—whether you're learning the fundamentals or building a practical sporting rifle.
Practical Considerations
The 5.56 NATO chambering offers versatility for target shooting, training, and sport use. The left-hand design ensures natural operation for southpaw shooters, eliminating the compromises of shooting a right-handed rifle. The included scope base means you can mount optics immediately and begin shooting.
A no-nonsense rifle for shooters who understand that simplicity and reliability matter.
