Cimarron 1892 Short Rifle .45 LC 20-Inch Octagon

Cimarron 1892 Short Rifle: American Lever-Action Heritage

The Cimarron Model 1892 represents a direct lineage to one of America's most successful rifle designs. Built on John Browning's original 1884 patents—the same engineering that powered the larger Model 1886—this rifle carries forward a legacy of reliability and elegance.

Design and Heritage

When Winchester introduced the 1892, it was designed to replace the aging Model 1873 while maintaining compatibility with proven calibers that had earned their reputation in the field. Cimarron honors that tradition by manufacturing their 1892 to exacting standards, capturing the aesthetic and functional qualities that made the original a favorite among working shooters and sportsmen.
