LWRC IC-9: Modern Pistol-Caliber AR Excellence

The LWRC IC-9 represents a ground-up design that marries the proven AR platform with innovative delayed blowback operation, creating a distinctly capable 9mm pistol-caliber carbine.

Design & Operation

Chamber Ring Delayed Blowback System — LWRC engineered a proprietary operating system that delivers smooth, controllable cycling while maintaining the ergonomic familiarity shooters expect from the AR platform.

Glock Magazine Compatible — Built specifically around US-manufactured Glock magazines, the IC-9 offers reliable feeding and access to affordable, widely available ammunition.

Build Quality

LWRC's commitment to precision manufacturing is evident throughout:

• MonoForge Upper Receiver — Integrated rail-base design is lighter and stronger than standard pattern uppers
• Advanced Materials — Aluminum and steel alloys with hard-coat anodizing, ferritic nitrocarburization, and nickel-boron surface treatments for durability
• Precision Forging — Each component is struck, heat-treated, and struck again for dimensional accuracy and superior finish

Controls & Ergonomics

Ambidextrous controls throughout the platform ensure comfortable operation for both left- and right-handed shooters.
