CVA Cascade XT 6.5 PRC Precision Bolt-Action Rifle

CVA Cascade XT: Precision Engineering for Long-Range Excellence

The Cascade XT represents CVA's commitment to precision rifle design. Built for hunters and shooters who demand accuracy at distance, this bolt-action rifle combines modern engineering with practical field ergonomics.

Barrel and Accuracy

The heart of the Cascade XT is its #5 taper fluted barrel, a design choice that serves multiple purposes:

• Stability and Balance: The heavier profile provides a solid shooting platform without excessive weight
• Heat Dissipation: Fluting allows rapid cooling between shots, maintaining accuracy during extended shooting sessions
• Threaded Design: The 5/8x24 threaded muzzle accepts suppressors and muzzle devices
• Optimized Twist Rate: The 1:8" twist is specifically tuned for long-range 6.5 PRC ammunition

Recoil Management

CVA's radial muzzle brake significantly reduces felt recoil and muzzle rise. This makes the rifle comfortable to shoot in the field and on the range, even in a powerful caliber like 6.5 PRC. Better recoil control means faster follow-up shots and improved accuracy.

Ergonomic Design

The tactical-style bolt knob provides superior leverage for smooth, fast bolt manipulation—especially important when shooting from the prone position. The oversized knob reduces fumbling and speeds up your shooting cycle.

The OD green synthetic stock with black webbing is built for durability and field use. It resists weather and rough handling while providing a secure, ergonomic grip.
