CVA Cascade 7 PRC Bolt-Action Rifle
The Cascade represents CVA's commitment to building a modern hunting rifle that balances precision, durability, and practical field performance. Chambered in 7 PRC—a cartridge that has earned respect among long-range hunters—this rifle is engineered to deliver consistent accuracy at extended distances.
Key Features
- Barrel & Action: 24-inch #3 contour barrel with 5/8x24 threading for suppressor or muzzle brake compatibility. Graphite black Cerakote finish resists corrosion and wear.
- Caliber & Twist: 7 PRC with 1:8 inch twist rate, optimized for heavy, high-ballistic-coefficient bullets that define modern long-range hunting.
- Stock & Ergonomics: OD green synthetic stock provides a secure, weather-resistant platform. Weighs just 7.3 lbs—light enough for all-day hunting without sacrificing stability.
- Capacity & Control: Two-round magazine capacity keeps the rifle trim and focused on precision over volume.
- Optics Ready: Picatinny rail (0 MOA) accepts modern scope mounts and accessories.
Why the Cascade
This is a rifle built for hunters who understand that modern long-range hunting demands a platform that combines mechanical accuracy with practical handling. The 7 PRC cartridge offers flat trajectory and energy retention that extends effective hunting range. The threaded barrel gives you flexibility in muzzle device selection—whether you prefer a suppressor for hearing protection or a brake for recoil management.
The Cascade doesn't pretend to be a tactical rifle or a competition platform. It's a hunting rifle, pure and simple, designed for the shooter who values precision, reliability, and the ability to make ethical shots at distance.
