Key Features
- Caliber: 7mm PRC — a modern magnum cartridge delivering excellent ballistics and energy retention at distance
- Barrel: 20-inch threaded barrel for suppressor mounting or muzzle device compatibility
- Stock: Rugged synthetic construction, weather-resistant and dimensionally stable across temperature and humidity changes
- Capacity: 5-round magazine
- Ergonomics: Designed for natural point-of-aim and comfortable shooting position, reducing fatigue during extended sessions
Why This Rifle Works
The Vanguard Obsidian's synthetic stock eliminates the wood movement issues that plague traditional rifle designs. The threaded barrel gives you flexibility — whether you're adding a suppressor for hearing protection or a muzzle brake for recoil management.
The 7mm PRC cartridge offers hunters a compelling option: it delivers magnum-class performance in a more manageable recoil package than larger magnums, making it suitable for extended shooting sessions and improving accuracy for follow-up shots.
This is a rifle built for those who understand that function drives form. It will serve you well in the field.
