Traditions Buckstalker XT .50 Cal 24" Redi-Pak

The Traditions Buckstalker XT .50 Caliber Muzzleloader

The Buckstalker XT represents a thoughtful approach to modern muzzleloading—combining proven design with practical features that matter in the field.

Trigger and Safety Systems

The Elite XT trigger system delivers the precision you need for accurate shooting. The trigger incorporates a rebounding hammer and manual cross-block safety, creating what Traditions calls their Dual Safety System. This design philosophy prioritizes both reliability and shooter control.

Barrel and Accuracy

The 24-inch chromoly steel barrel strikes an effective balance between velocity and maneuverability. This length makes the rifle compact enough for dense brush hunting while maintaining the velocity needed for longer-range field shots.

Breech Plug Innovation

The Accelerator breech plug is a genuine convenience feature. It removes by hand in three turns—no tools required. The stainless steel construction accepts both loose and pelletized powder, giving you flexibility in powder selection and loading methods.

Loading Comfort

The Quick-T ramrod handle combines palm-saver and T-handle functionality in a single design, reducing fatigue during loading cycles.
