Browning BT-99 12GA 34" Adjustable Trap Shotgun

Browning BT-99: The Trap Shooter's Choice

The Browning BT-99 is a purpose-built break-action shotgun designed for competitive clay and trap shooting. This is a gun that understands its mission and executes it with precision.

Barrel and Shot Performance

The 34" barrel features Browning's back-bored Vector Pro dimensions, which minimize shot deformation and maximize pattern uniformity and density. This translates to tighter, more consistent patterns downrange—exactly what you need when breaking targets at distance. The high-post floating ventilated rib carries ivory front and mid-bead sights for quick target acquisition.

Durability and Reliability

The BT-99 is built to handle the punishment of serious shooting. The chrome-plated chamber resists wear from thousands of rounds. The blued steel receiver and barrel provide a classic, durable finish. The extractor-only design keeps things simple and reliable.

Ergonomics and Comfort

• Adjustable Comb: The Graco Pro-Fit system offers indexed cast adjustments in 1/32" increments, plus differential cast adjustment to prevent the comb from digging into your face under recoil
• Adjustable Butt Plate: Infinite adjustment of recoil pad location to fit your specific needs
• Beavertail Forearm: Helps absorb recoil and assists hand-eye coordination
• Inflex Recoil Pad: Ventilated trap pad reduces felt recoil
• Grade I Black Walnut Stock: Satin finish with 14 3/8" length of pull

Choke System

The Invector-Plus flush choke system comes with an Improved Modified choke, giving you a solid starting point for trap shooting.
