The BT-99 Micro represents Browning's commitment to accommodating shooters of all sizes. This break-action shotgun delivers the performance characteristics serious clay and trap shooters demand, scaled appropriately for those who benefit from a more compact platform.
Barrel and Action Design
The 32-inch barrel employs Browning's back-bore Vector Pro dimensions—a proven technology that minimizes shot deformation while maximizing pattern uniformity, consistency, and density. This translates to tighter, more predictable patterns downrange.
Key Features:
- High-post floating ventilated rib with ivory front and mid-bead sights
- Chrome-plated chamber for durability through thousands of rounds
- Extractor-only action for simplicity and reliability
- 2.75-inch chamber accommodates standard trap loads
Stock and Ergonomics
The Grade I black walnut stock features a satin finish and includes Browning's Graco Pro-Fit adjustable comb and butt plate. Both components adjust for angle and location, allowing you to dial in the perfect sight picture and recoil management for your physiology.
The beavertail forearm absorbs recoil effectively while improving hand-eye coordination during the swing. A ventilated trap recoil pad further reduces felt recoil.
