Sierra MatchKing 110gr .243 HPBT Match Bullets

Sierra MatchKing .243 110-Grain Hollow Point Boat Tail

Sierra MatchKing bullets represent the pinnacle of target bullet design. Every aspect of these rounds has been engineered with one objective in mind: delivering the accuracy that serious competitors demand.

Precision Engineering

Concentricity and Weight Control

• Jackets drawn to an exacting 0.0003-inch maximum variation standard
• Weight held to within ±0.3 grain for consistent ballistics
• These tolerances ensure uniform flight and predictable point-of-impact shifts

Aerodynamic Design

• Hollow point with minimal meplat (tip) for optimized ballistic coefficient
• Boat tail configuration further reduces drag and improves in-flight stability
• Design minimizes wind drift and maintains velocity downrange

Performance and Application

These bullets are recognized worldwide for their ability to produce record-setting accuracy at the range. They excel in precision rifle competitions, benchrest shooting, and long-range target work where consistency matters most.

Important Note: Sierra recommends MatchKing bullets exclusively for target shooting applications. While some shooters have used them for hunting, their design—optimized for accuracy rather than expansion—does not provide the reliable performance needed for ethical game harvesting.
