Real Avid Bore Boss: Field-Ready Rifle Bore Cleaning
The Bore Boss represents a genuine innovation in portable firearm maintenance. This ultra-compact system delivers effective bore cleaning in a package small enough to fit in your pack or pocket.
How It Works
The system employs a straightforward two-stage cleaning approach:
- Phosphor bronze brush loosens carbon and fouling deposits
- Braided mop removes loosened debris from the bore
- 32-inch dual-action cable provides sufficient length for rifles and shotguns
Design Features
Flex-Case Handle The innovative handle serves triple duty: it provides an ergonomic grip for pulling the cable through tight-fitting bores, stores the brush and mop when not in use, and protects cleaning components from damage and debris. The flexible over-molding ensures comfortable handling during the cleaning process.
Self-Storing System Unlike traditional bore cleaning kits that scatter components across your shooting bag, the Bore Boss keeps everything organized and contained. Simply wrap the cable around the handle and you're ready to move.
Durable Construction Polycarbonate handle construction withstands field use while remaining lightweight. The integrated brush and mop eliminate separate components to lose or misplace.
Ideal For
Rifle shooters who value simplicity and portability. Whether you're at the range, in the field, or maintaining your rifle at home, the Bore Boss delivers effective cleaning without complexity.
