Winchester Model 70 Supergrade 7mm-08 Rem. 22" Rifle

Winchester Model 70 Supergrade: American Rifle Excellence

The Winchester Model 70 Supergrade represents the pinnacle of American rifle craftsmanship. This is a rifle built for the discerning hunter and marksman who demands both beauty and performance.

Design and Construction

The Supergrade begins with a forged steel receiver finished in deep, polished blue. The free-floating barrel—hammer-forged steel with a recessed target crown—ensures consistent accuracy shot after shot. This is not a rifle that compromises between aesthetics and function; it excels at both.

Stock and Ergonomics

The stock is Grade IV/V fancy walnut, finely checkered and fitted with a shadowline cheekpiece that positions your eye naturally behind the scope. This is functional design at its finest. A one-piece steel bottom metal floorplate adds rigidity to the action, improving accuracy and durability. The Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad manages recoil effectively while maintaining the rifle's classic lines.

Action and Safety

The Model 70's controlled round feed system with claw extractor has proven itself over decades of hunting and target shooting. The three-position safety is intuitive and reliable. The MOA trigger system breaks cleanly and predictably.
