Safariland Model 6378 ALS Paddle Holster
The Model 6378 represents Safariland's approach to concealed carry security. Built on the proven Automatic Locking System (ALS) platform, this holster combines active retention with practical everyday carry design.
Key Features
- Automatic Locking System (ALS): Secures the firearm immediately upon holstering without requiring additional manual safety engagement
- Injection-Molded Construction: Rigid, durable polymer design maintains shape and function over time
- SafariLaminate Wraparound Design: Multi-layer construction provides maximum structural strength and weapon protection
- Suede Lining: Protects your firearm's sights and finish from wear and damage
- Forward Cant: Slightly angled carry position aids in both concealment and draw efficiency
- Paddle Design: Attaches securely to your belt without requiring removal of the belt itself
- Belt Loop Compatibility: Includes 567BL belt loop fitting 1.5" to 1.75" belt widths
Design Philosophy
This holster prioritizes concealment without sacrificing the security that active shooters demand. The close-to-body ride and forward cant work together to minimize printing while maintaining a natural draw stroke. The rigid construction ensures consistent weapon positioning, critical for both safety and shooting performance.
