Nightstick TCM-5B Subcompact Weapon Light
The TCM-5B is a purpose-built tactical light engineered specifically for the growing category of narrow-rail subcompact handguns. It delivers serious capability in a compact package.
Performance
Brightness and Range: The TCM-5B produces 650 lumens from a single CR123 battery. Its precision-engineered total internal reflection (TIR) lens creates a tightly focused beam with excellent throw—reaching out to 136 meters for threat identification and confirmation. The lens also produces a crisply defined outer halo that provides additional situational awareness without sacrificing the focused center beam.
Design and Controls
The light features completely ambidextrous rear-facing toggle switches positioned on each side of the unit. This allows you to operate the light intuitively from either hand:
- Momentary-on mode for tactical flexibility
- Constant-on mode for sustained illumination
- User-programmable strobe mode when needed
- Battery-safe mode to prevent accidental discharge
Construction
Built to withstand professional use, the TCM-5B combines aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminum with a polymer rear housing. The Type III hard anodized finish resists corrosion and impact damage. The light is fully waterproof and chemical resistant, with a serialized body for personal identification.
