Springfield Armory Model 2020 Waypoint .300 Win Mag

Springfield Armory Model 2020 Waypoint: Precision Redefined

The Model 2020 Waypoint represents the pinnacle of modern rifle engineering, built from the ground up to deliver custom-grade accuracy and reliability. This is a rifle designed for the serious shooter who demands nothing less than excellence.

Accuracy and Barrel Performance

At the heart of this rifle sits a 24-inch carbon fiber barrel that delivers an impressive .75 MOA accuracy guarantee. The carbon fiber construction provides exceptional strength while minimizing weight—a critical advantage for hunters and long-range shooters who must carry their rifle over challenging terrain. The barrel is threaded 5/8×24 and topped with a Springfield Armory Radial Brake that effectively manages recoil, allowing you to stay on target and shoot more accurately.

Bolt and Action

The action features dual locking lugs on a fluted bolt that cycles smoothly down EDM-machined raceways, ensuring repeatable engagement shot after shot. An optimized extraction cam provides robust, reliable extraction under any condition—whether you're shooting in extreme cold, heat, or adverse weather. Dual cocking cams make the bolt easy to operate, and the entire bolt assembly disassembles without tools for field maintenance.

Stock and Ergonomics

The stock is machined from 100% carbon fiber and finished in Evergreen camo, providing both durability and a professional appearance. The adjustable design accommodates various shooting positions, while M-LOK slots allow you to mount accessories exactly where you need them. This is a stock built for serious work.

Trigger System

The TriggerTech Adjustable Trigger system gives you complete control over your trigger pull. Fine-tune the break to your preference for a crisp, personalized shooting experience. The safety is low-profile and non-snag, designed to stay out of your way during fast transitions.

Finish and Durability

The rifle wears a Mil-Spec Green Cerakote finish that provides exceptional corrosion resistance and durability. This is a finish that will stand up to the elements and maintain its appearance through years of hard use.
