Ruger's Custom Shop 10/22 Competition delivers match-grade precision with a cold hammer-forged carbon fiber barrel, adjustable grey birch chassis, and competition-ready features for serious .22 shooters.
The Ruger 10/22 Competition represents the pinnacle of what a modern .22 rifle can achieve. This Custom Shop offering combines time-tested reliability with contemporary competition features, making it equally at home on the range or in the field.
The grey birch chassis features a modular 10-inch forend with M-LOK and Arca-Swiss compatibility, allowing you to configure the rifle exactly as you need it. Ambidextrous quick-detach points provide flexibility for sling mounting. The stock adjusts for both length of pull and cheek height, with a folding design for convenient storage and transport.
A cold hammer-forged barrel is tensioned within a carbon fiber sleeve for optimal rigidity and minimal weight. The 16.1-inch barrel features a 1/2"-28 threaded muzzle with a removable thread cap, allowing you to add suppressors or other muzzle devices. The top barrel locator ensures a free-floating barrel for superior accuracy.
The receiver is hard-coat anodized 6061-T6511 aluminum, CNC-machined and heat-treated for durability. A heat-treated, nitrided match-grade bolt creates a tight, smooth action. The proprietary enhanced semi-auto chamber increases accuracy without compromising feeding or extraction.
The BX-Trigger® delivers a crisp 2.5 to 3-pound pull with minimal overtravel and positive reset—ideal for precision shooting. A positive push-button cross-bolt safety provides intuitive operation. The match bolt release allows quick advancement of the bolt with a simple pull and release.
A dual bedding system with a second bedding lug ensures the receiver is securely bedded to the stock. The integral 30 MOA Picatinny rail provides ample elevation adjustment for long-range shooting. A rear cleaning port allows barrel access from the receiver's rear for easy maintenance.
The detachable 10-round rotary magazine features a unique rotor that separates cartridges for reliable feeding. An extended magazine release provides smooth, flush-mounted removal.
Every rifle comes with a hard case, Ruger Custom Shop certificate of authenticity, challenge coin, cleaning cloth, and decal—everything you need to get started.
