Browning X-Bolt 2 Composite Special in 7mm PRC
The X-Bolt 2 represents the evolution of one of the most trusted bolt-action rifle platforms in the shooting world. This Composite Special variant combines proven performance with practical features that appeal to hunters and precision shooters alike.
Key Features
- Caliber: 7mm PRC—a modern magnum cartridge designed for extended-range hunting with excellent velocity and energy retention
- Barrel: 24-inch free-floating barrel for consistent accuracy
- Stock: Lightweight composite construction in gray two-tone finish, weather-resistant and durable
- Action: Browning's X-Bolt 2 bolt system with improved ergonomics and reliability
- Fit and Function: Designed for shooters who demand accuracy without unnecessary weight
Why the X-Bolt 2?
Browning engineered the X-Bolt 2 to handle the demands of serious hunting and target shooting. The composite stock sheds weather without the maintenance requirements of wood, while the 7mm PRC cartridge offers the velocity and energy needed for hunting at distance. The 24-inch barrel strikes a balance between velocity and handling, making this rifle equally at home in the field or at the range.
This is a rifle built for those who understand that reliability and accuracy are not luxuries—they are necessities.
