Design Philosophy
The X-Bolt 2 Composite Special balances performance with practicality. The composite stock eliminates wood's sensitivity to moisture and temperature changes, ensuring consistent point of impact across seasons and climates. The 6.8 Western cartridge bridges the gap between traditional magnum power and manageable recoil, making it suitable for hunters seeking extended-range capability without excessive punishment.
The free-floating barrel contributes to the rifle's inherent accuracy, while the Olive Drab Green finish provides effective field camouflage without sacrificing durability.
Ideal For
Hunters pursuing medium to large game at varied distances, shooters who value reliability in challenging conditions, and those seeking a modern rifle platform with proven track record.
