Outer Layer: Aerospace and military-grade fire-retardant DuPont Kevlar material rated to 1000°F—sufficient for approximately 180 consecutive rounds of M855 ammunition.

Inner Liner: Fiberglass mesh sleeving with a maximum operating temperature of 2000°F, providing an additional thermal barrier and extending the overall heat dissipation capability of the cover.
