The Burn Proof Gear Suppressor Cover Heavy is engineered to protect your hands and gear from suppressor heat during extended shooting sessions. This is not a luxury—it's a necessity for serious shooters.
Design & Fit
The cover measures 8 inches long and 1.5 inches in diameter, sized 0.5" longer than most suppressors. This extra length allows the cover to cinch securely around both the front and rear of your suppressor, creating a no-slip fit that stays in place under recoil and movement.
Materials & Heat Protection
Burn Proof Gear uses aerospace and military-grade fire-retardant construction:
- Outer Layer: DuPont Kevlar rated to 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit (approximately 180 rounds of sustained fire)
- Inner Liner: Fiberglass mesh sleeving rated to 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit
This dual-layer approach provides redundant protection. If the outer Kevlar reaches its thermal limit, the inner fiberglass continues protecting your hands and equipment.
