Burris Droptine 3-9x40 Ballistic Plex Rifle Scope

Burris Droptine 3-9x40 Rifle Scope

The Droptine 3-9x40 represents a purposeful balance between magnification and portability. This scope delivers the optical performance you need for hunting at distance without the bulk and weight of larger models.

Optical Performance

Superior Light Gathering

• Larger precision-ground objective lens collects more light than comparable scopes
• Index-matched Hi-Lume multicoating reduces glare and enhances low-light performance
• High-grade optical glass provides exceptional brightness and clarity
• Durable construction built to last through years of field use

The Ballistic Plex Reticle

The Ballistic Plex reticle is elegantly simple yet highly effective. Its trajectory-compensating design provides holdover points for precise shots at extended ranges, making it ideal for hunters who need to make accurate shots beyond typical hunting distances. The reticle is intuitive enough for newcomers yet sophisticated enough for experienced marksmen.

Rugged, Reliable Design

• 1-piece solid outer tube withstands recoil from even the heaviest-recoiling calibers
• Nitrogen-filled to prevent internal fogging in rain, snow, and cold conditions
• Waterproof construction ensures reliability in harsh weather
• Positive steel-on-steel adjustments deliver repeatable accuracy shot after shot
• Finger-adjustable turrets allow quick corrections in the field
• Low-profile design works with most rifle platforms
