Kahr CW40 40 S&W Compact Pistol

Kahr CW40: Serious Compact Defense

The Kahr CW40 represents a thoughtful approach to personal defense in a genuinely compact package. This is a pistol designed for those who understand that concealed carry demands compromise—and Kahr has made intelligent choices about where to make them.

Key Features

• Caliber: 40 S&W—a proven defensive round with substantial stopping power
• Capacity: 6 rounds in the magazine, keeping the gun slim and concealable
• Action: Double-action-only (DAO) trigger for consistent, predictable performance
• Frame: Black polymer construction reduces weight without sacrificing durability
• Slide: Stainless steel resists corrosion and provides a durable bearing surface
• Size: Truly concealable dimensions make this suitable for pocket or inside-waistband carry

Why This Matters

The CW40 doesn't try to be everything. Instead, it excels at what matters: reliable operation, accurate shooting, and genuine concealability. The DAO trigger eliminates external safeties, reducing the chance of user error under stress. The combination of polymer and stainless steel keeps weight manageable while maintaining the durability you need in a defensive tool.

This is a pistol for serious carry—not a range toy, but a working defensive firearm built by a manufacturer with decades of experience in compact pistol design.
